CRM writeback

Definition

CRM writeback is automatically logging every outbound touch and outcome back to the account in your CRM, so the record shows what happened without manual entry.

CRM writeback in practice

Most outbound tools keep their own history. If it never reaches the CRM, nobody can answer basic questions: which signal produced this meeting, what did this account cost, who touched it last. Writeback closes that gap by pushing sends, replies, meetings and opt outs onto the account record automatically.

IV builds writeback to happen the same day as the touch, with fields for trigger type, trigger date, score and the channel that produced the reply. That is what makes cost per meeting a number you can split by signal rather than a guess.
