Refund & Cancellation Policy

IV Consulting is committed to client satisfaction and transparency. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which payments may be canceled or refunded.
1. General Policy
All payments made toward consulting, automation setup, or retainer services are final once the engagement begins. Refunds are not applicable to services that involve strategic planning, customization, or labor hours already rendered.
2. Subscription or Retainer-Based Services
- Clients with monthly or recurring retainers may cancel their subscription with 30 days' written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
- Services will continue until the end of the current period.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Partial refunds or service credits may be considered under the following cases:
- Duplicate payment or billing error
- Project cancellation by IV Consulting before service delivery begins
- Technical issues preventing delivery, verified and acknowledged by both parties
