Multichannel sequence

Definition

A multichannel sequence is a planned series of touches across email, LinkedIn and phone, in a set order and timing, aimed at one person or account.

Multichannel sequence in practice

Multichannel is not three tools running in parallel. It is one plan with one state: who has been touched, where, and what happened. Without shared state, a prospect gets a LinkedIn message an hour after replying no to an email, which is how good accounts get annoyed.

IV runs channels in a fixed order (email, then LinkedIn, then voice) with suppression shared across all three, so one account never has two channels running at once and a reply anywhere stops everything. Every touch writes back to the CRM the same day.
