BaseToPDF turns Notion databases and pages into professional PDFs and ERD diagrams. We designed and built the whole product, the Canva-style editor, the Notion OAuth integration, the templates and the AI template generation, using Claude Code and Cowork the whole way.

What BaseToPDF is
BaseToPDF turns Notion databases and pages into professional, client-ready PDFs and ERD diagrams. Users connect their Notion, design a template once, and generate polished documents on demand, no copy-paste, no separate design tool.
We designed and built the whole product: the Canva-style editor, the Notion OAuth integration, the prebuilt template library, batch PDF generation, ERD diagram export and AI-powered template generation.

The marketing site

Credits, PDFs generated and ERD views at a glance, with one click back into any saved template.
Notion integration
A secure OAuth connection, so users link their Notion workspace in a single click, no API keys to wrangle.
The Canva-style editor
A drag-and-drop document editor with Notion databases wired in. Design a layout once, generate forever.
Prebuilt templates
A library of polished, client-ready templates, proposals, reports, summaries, so users start from a head start, not a blank page.
ERD diagram generation
Point it at a Notion database and it auto-generates an entity-relationship diagram of the schema, exportable in a click.

The Canva-style editor, the Notion integration and the PDF and ERD engine were built with Claude Code, from database schema to UI.
Designed with Cowork
Product structure, flows and copy were worked out with Claude Cowork in the loop, not bolted on after.

We wired AI in so users describe the document they want and get a ready template, instead of starting from a blank canvas.
Now managed automatically
Builds, checks and routine upkeep run on their own, so the product keeps shipping without manual babysitting.
