All projects, deliverables, and engagement terms are outlined in written proposals or agreements shared before project initiation.
You are responsible for providing accurate business data and access to required systems for project completion.
All fees are due as per the terms agreed in the invoice or proposal.
Payments are non-refundable once services commence, unless otherwise specified in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas or parts of the service, or shared areas of the service you haven’t been invited to;
Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
All materials, frameworks, automations, and documentation created by IV Consulting remain the intellectual property of the Company.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for internal business purposes only.
The client may not resell, reproduce, or distribute deliverables without prior written consent.
Our services may incorporate third-party platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, OpenAI, or Notion).
While we ensure security and compliance, we are not liable for outages, data loss, or issues caused by third-party providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
IV Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
We make no guarantee of specific outcomes such as revenue growth, lead volume, or operational results.
Services are provided “as-is” and “as available,” based on agreed deliverables.
